Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the decade. Aleesha was born into a sporting family back in 1984. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings were involved in sports such as hockey and ice. Aleesha had played a variety of games like basketball, soccer, and softball before getting involved in bodybuilding at the age of was 15 or so. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha after she won NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. The finish she achieved was 9th for the year 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and was able to take home her first pro award, the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in 2020 when she held 4th position. But the "World's toughest mom" had to stop her training due to her health.
